Exercise 1: Asking for and expressing opinions

 

Look at the picture and answer the questions. Record your answers. Speak for no longer than one minute. What can you see in the picture? What do you think they are they discussing? Do you think they agree with each other? Why? Why not? Describe their body language and expressions. Use phrases from the unit to express the opinion of one of the people in the photo. Then use phrases for reacting to opinions and suggestions. Record what you say.
