Use
We use be + going to:
- to describe an intention.
I'm going to finish my homework tonight.
I'm not going to meet my friends tonight. - to talk about a future plan.
We are going to move to Germany next year.
We aren't going to see our grandparents this weekend.

Use
- We use will and won't (= will not) to express predictions about the future.
It will rain next week.
We won't use cars or planes in the future. - We often use I think, maybe and probably with will.
