Nomophobia: the fastest growing phobia!

The number of teenagers who are addicted to their mobile phones has  steadily since 2008. Four years ago the number of people with nomophobia, that is the fear of not having your mobile phone with you, was 53%. This figure has  to 66%. Incredibly, over 75% of people say they have  the phone in the bathroom!

So what are the signs of nomophobia?

Have you ever  your phone to the bathroom with you?

Have you ever  on your phone in class after a teacher told you to put it away?

Have you  your phone for texts all day today?

Have you  regularly today?

Have you ever  worried when you have  apart from your phone for more than a few minutes?

If you answered 'yes' to more than three of these questions, then maybe you have  addicted too...
