We set outup at four o'clock in the morning to try to reach the top of the mountain. First, we had to go backdown the valley to reach the start of the climb. We stopped off down just before the start so that we could visit a huge waterfall nearby. Then we started the climb. It was a tough climb – one or two people gave outup and returned to our jeep, but I carried onup with the main party. At one point in the climb, we came backacross a wooden bridge over a frightening drop. However, one look at it was enough for us to know that it was no longer in good enough condition to use. We were so disappointed and we had to turn backover. We joined our friends at the bottom of the mountain. Then, the day got even worse when the jeep broke updown on the way back. It took three hours to repair and we arrived home late and very tired.
